Cornwall

Photos from Cornwall including Newquay, Padstow, Godrevey Point, Budruthan Steps, the Gannel Estuary, Crantock Beach, Fistral Beach, Watergate Bay and Lands End.

The coastal landscape around Cornwall is one of the highlights of the British Isles matched only by the beaches of Pembrokeshire and the Scottish Highlands. The beaches in Cornwall are some of the best I have visited often being situated between towering sea cliffs along the rugged coastline. This photography gallery features a collection of my best Cornwall Photos from my frequent trips to the South West of the UK.

Although a long way from home in Barnsley, I visit Cornwall on a landscape photography trip at least once a year and have over a number of years built up a collection of images which I feel show off the scenic Cornwall landscape at its very best. I have been incredibly lucky with the weather conditions on a number of occasions in Cornwall which has enabled me to capture the rugged coastline in the best available light. I have walked many parts of the South West Coastal Path and images from this long distance pathway can be found in this gallery. The path along the cliff at Lands End provides numerous opportunities for coastal photography looking out over the picturesque Atlantic ocean.

I have an ongoing project to map Cornwall coastal photography hotspots building up a complete guide to the best and most popular photography locations on the South West coastline. This locations map is added to every year with new locations that I have either visited or have been suggested to me by fellow photographers.
