Returns Policy

I hope you will be happy with the physical product purchased from my online store, however I know that there is sometimes a need to return an item, even though they are produced to order. Purchases from this website are protected under the EU distance selling directive.

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund on our products as long as they are in an un-opened and as new condition. Please make sure to notify me that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. If items have been damaged please take a photograph and attach these to your email. We abide by the usual distance selling regulations.

Returning Items

To return an item please contact us quoting your unique order number and we will reply with a returns number and the full returns details. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. You will be responsible for the risk of damage or loss when returning goods so please take out adequate postage insurance when sending items back.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Most items on this site are made to order and we do our best to make sure you receive your item in the best possible condition; however we know that sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If this is the case please get in touch as soon as possible to give me the opportunity to put things right.
