Harrop Tarn and Tarn Crags - Thirlmere

Harrop Tarn sits in a small dip high above Thirlmere Reservoir, the tarn is surrounded by forestry land and it's interesting mix of tree species. The steep walk up Dob Gill from Thirlmere through the forest opens up when you reach the tarn and its famous water lily's.
