Loch Garten - Aviemore - Cairngorms National Park - Scotland

Taken just as the sun was beginning to rise above the horizon, the light began to shine through the ancient pine forest of the shores of Loch Garten in the Cairngorm National Park. The loch is one of the last Osprey breeding grounds and there is a great visitors centre on the shores of the loch which as a video feed looking directly into the Ospreys nest.
